Terms of Service and Legal Information

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Business details

Wild Honey is a healing practice operated by House of Origin Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16533312.

Registered office: 15 Portman Square Flat 111, 15 Portman Square, London, England, W1H 6LL.

General enquiries: shaktibykritika@gmail.com
Complaints and legal correspondence: ofhouseoforigin@gmail.com

These terms apply to Wild Honey services provided by House of Origin Ltd.

2. Eligibility and scope

Services are available only to adults aged 18 or older.

Wild Honey provides non-clinical spiritual and wellbeing services. It does not provide medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, regulated psychological treatment, diagnosis or emergency support.

The client remains responsible for seeking appropriately qualified medical or mental-health care where needed.

3. Forming the agreement

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance.

An agreement is formed when House of Origin Ltd confirms the service, price and practical arrangements and the client makes the required payment.

Before paying, the client should read:

  • These Terms of Service.

  • The Privacy Policy.

  • The Client Confidentiality, Consent and Safeguarding Statement.

  • The relevant service description.

The client should raise any questions before payment.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices are displayed on the Wild Honey website or confirmed in writing.

Payment may be made through PayPal, direct debit or bank transfer. Payment is required in full before a single session or programme begins unless a written payment arrangement states otherwise.

Private Ritual Commissions are individually quoted within the stated price range.

The client is responsible for ensuring that payment details and billing authorisations are accurate.

5. Fourteen-day cancellation right

Where a consumer purchases a service online or at a distance, they will usually have a statutory right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

To cancel during that period, the client must send a clear statement to ofhouseoforigin@gmail.com.

If the client asks for a service or programme to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, House of Origin Ltd will obtain an express request to begin early.

If the client then cancels after work has started, House of Origin Ltd may charge a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. If the service has been fully performed after the client expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the effect on cancellation rights, the statutory cancellation right may be lost.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

Suggested booking checkbox:

“I request that House of Origin Ltd begin providing the service during the 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after the service has begun, I may have to pay for the work already supplied, and that I may lose my cancellation right once the service has been fully performed.”

6. Single sessions

Single sessions must be paid for in full before the appointment.

A client may request to reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the client does not attend, the payment may be retained because the appointment time was reserved and could not reasonably be reallocated.

This section is subject to statutory cancellation rights. If House of Origin Ltd cancels a session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the client will receive a refund for that session.

7. The 90-Day Deep Emotional Reset

The programme fee is payable in full before the programme begins. The fee reserves twelve weekly sessions and programme capacity over the agreed period.

After the statutory cancellation period has expired and the programme has begun, a client who voluntarily stops attending will not normally receive a refund for unused sessions.

This does not affect statutory rights or the client’s right to a refund for services that House of Origin Ltd fails to provide.

Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used. Any programme pause or rescheduling arrangement must be agreed in writing.

8. Tantra Mentorship

Tantra Mentorship is online and costs £400 per month.

The mentorship has no minimum duration and may continue for a maximum of 12 months.

To prevent the following month’s direct-debit payment, cancellation must be received in writing by the 15th day of the preceding month. The client may continue using the service until the end of the period already paid for. No partial refund is normally provided for a month that has already begun, subject to statutory rights.

A former participant who later wishes to rejoin will restart from Initiation One.

WhatsApp support is normally available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm UK time. It is not emergency or crisis support.

9. Private Ritual Commissions

A Ritual Commission is custom work created for an individual client. The agreed price must be paid before materials are purchased or work begins.

The service may include an online onboarding call, preparation and performance of the ritual, creation of a personalised ritual object and an in-person handover in London.

Because the work and materials are commissioned for a particular client, cancellation rights may be restricted once custom materials have been purchased or personalised work has begun.

If the client cancels after work begins, House of Origin Ltd may retain an amount that fairly reflects materials purchased, work completed and losses caused by the cancellation. Any refund legally due will be calculated accordingly.

A blanket retention of the entire fee will not apply where doing so would conflict with the client’s statutory rights.

10. Consent and conduct

The client agrees to provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and to disclose relevant matters affecting safe participation.

Consent may be withdrawn from any touch, exercise or activity at any time.

The client must not attend while intoxicated or behave in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory or sexually inappropriate manner.

House of Origin Ltd may pause or end a service where:

  • Continuing would be unsafe or outside scope.

  • Informed consent cannot be maintained.

  • The client requires clinical or emergency support.

  • The client behaves abusively or seriously breaches these terms.

  • Payment is not made.

Where House of Origin Ltd ends a service for reasons unrelated to client misconduct, it will consider an appropriate refund for services not supplied.

11. Results and client responsibility

Experiences and outcomes vary. House of Origin Ltd does not guarantee healing, emotional change, spiritual development, financial improvement, relationship change or any other particular result.

Information and guidance are provided for spiritual, educational and wellbeing purposes. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

12. Intellectual property

Programme materials, exercises, written guidance, oracle readings, recordings supplied to the client and other original materials remain the intellectual property of House of Origin Ltd unless otherwise stated.

They are supplied for the client’s personal use and may not be copied, sold, published, taught or distributed without written permission.

13. Privacy and confidentiality

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Wild Honey Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality is subject to the exceptions explained in the Client Confidentiality, Consent and Safeguarding Statement.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, House of Origin Ltd is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of its breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. It is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or withheld client information, failure to follow reasonable safety advice, or events outside its reasonable control.

Services are purchased for personal use. House of Origin Ltd is not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or commercial opportunity arising from personal use of the services.

15. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to ofhouseoforigin@gmail.com with:

  • The client’s name.

  • The relevant service and date.

  • A clear description of the concern.

  • The outcome requested.

Receipt will be acknowledged within 48 hours. House of Origin Ltd will then explain the expected timescale for a full response.

Where a complaint may involve legal liability or an insurance claim, House of Origin Ltd may obtain confidential advice from its insurer or legal adviser before responding.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Clients living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where they live.
