1. Scope of practice

Wild Honey is a non-clinical spiritual and wellbeing practice operated by House of Origin Ltd.

Kritika B. is not acting as a clinical psychologist, counselling psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist or medical practitioner. Wild Honey does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or emergency support.

The work may include shadow and emotional exploration, energy healing, spiritual guidance, intuitive development, Tantra education and mentorship, and private ritual commissions.

No particular physical, emotional, financial, spiritual or relational result is guaranteed.

2. Who the services are for

Wild Honey works only with adults aged 18 or older.

Energy healing, shadow work, Spiritual Counsel and ritual commissions are open to adults of all genders. Tantra Mentorship is offered to women. The Seer Circle is available only to former clients.

A service may be declined, postponed or ended where it falls outside the practitioner’s competence or scope, where informed consent cannot be established, or where continuing would not be appropriate or safe.

3. In-person sessions and touch

In-person sessions take place by appointment at Charterhouse Clinic, 98 Crawford Street, Marylebone, London W1H 2HL, or another location agreed in writing.

Clients remain fully clothed throughout all in-person sessions.

An Energy Healing session may sometimes involve light, non-sexual touch over clothing. Before any touch occurs, the practitioner will explain what is proposed and ask for the client’s express consent.

Consent to one form of touch does not imply consent to any other touch.

There is no sexual or genital touch. The practitioner does not provide massage, intimate touching or sexual services.

A client may choose a completely touch-free session without needing to justify that decision.

4. Tantra boundaries

Tantra Mentorship is provided online only.

There is no physical contact between the practitioner and client. Wild Honey does not provide or participate in sexual activity, sexual touch or genital touch.

Clients are never required to undress, expose intimate areas or engage in sexual activity during a live session. Any reflective, breathing, movement or embodied practice is explained in advance and remains optional.

Tantra Mentorship is educational, spiritual and wellbeing-based. It is not sex therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

5. Consent

Consent is an ongoing process, not a one-time form.

Before beginning an exercise or using touch, the practitioner will explain what is proposed and provide an opportunity to ask questions.

A client may at any time:

  • Say “stop,” “pause” or “no.”

  • Move away from touch.

  • Decline an exercise.

  • Turn off their camera.

  • End an online or in-person session.

  • Withdraw consent previously given.

The practitioner will stop the relevant activity as soon as consent is withdrawn. Withdrawing consent from an activity does not affect the client’s dignity or right to be treated respectfully.

Withdrawal from an activity or session is separate from the contractual cancellation and refund terms.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during enquiries, sessions and between-session support is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may be limited where:

  • The client authorises disclosure.

  • Disclosure is required by law or court order.

  • There is a reasonable belief of a serious and immediate risk of harm.

  • There is a safeguarding concern involving an adult at risk.

  • Confidential disclosure to an insurer or legal adviser is necessary to manage a complaint or potential claim.

Only information reasonably necessary for the purpose will be disclosed.

Testimonials, case studies, photographs and identifying stories will only be used with separate, express permission.

7. Safeguarding

Wild Honey is committed to maintaining clear professional boundaries and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.

The practitioner will not enter into a sexual relationship with a current client or use the working relationship for sexual, financial or emotional exploitation.

If a disclosure indicates abuse, coercion, exploitation or serious danger to an adult at risk, the practitioner will consider the client’s wishes wherever possible but may contact an appropriate safeguarding or emergency service where disclosure is necessary and proportionate.

8. Contraindications and referral boundaries

Wild Honey is not an emergency or crisis service.

The work may be unsuitable or may need to be postponed where a person:

  • Is unable to give informed consent.

  • Is intoxicated during a session.

  • Is experiencing an immediate mental-health crisis.

  • Presents a serious risk of harm to themselves or another person.

  • Requires diagnosis, medication advice, trauma treatment or clinical care beyond the practitioner’s scope.

  • Has a medical or psychological condition for which an appropriately qualified professional should first be consulted.

Clients should disclose relevant medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, injuries or significant mental-health concerns that could affect safe participation.

Where support falls outside scope, the practitioner may recommend contacting a GP, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, psychiatrist or another appropriately qualified professional.

In an emergency, clients should contact 999 or an appropriate emergency or crisis service.

9. WhatsApp and between-session support

WhatsApp support is intended for brief questions, reflections and agreed programme support. It is not continuous monitoring, emergency support or crisis care.

For Tantra Mentorship, normal WhatsApp support hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm UK time, excluding public holidays and notified absence.

Clients should not use WhatsApp for emergencies or send unnecessary highly sensitive information.

10. Records

Relevant consent, session and communication records may be retained for safety, continuity, complaints, insurance and legal purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Sessions are not audio- or video-recorded.

11. Concerns and complaints

Concerns or complaints should be sent to ofhouseoforigin@gmail.com.

Receipt will be acknowledged within 48 hours. The matter will be considered fairly and confidentially, and the client will be told the expected timescale for a full response.

Where a complaint may involve an insurance claim or legal liability, information may be shared confidentially with the insurer or legal adviser.
