Hi, I'm Kritika.
My Background
I have spent more than a decade in the wellbeing industry as a Spiritual Advisor. After completing my PhD, I established my own spiritual healing practice, working with people through emotional healing, spiritual experiences, and energy work.
My Approach
Over time, my work became increasingly focused on shadow healing: exploring the emotions, wounds and recurring patterns that shape how we think, feel and respond. I help clients bring these hidden parts into awareness, understand what they have been protecting and develop a more conscious relationship with themselves.
Academic Experience
I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a PhD in Work & Wellbeing. My academic background informs how I understand emotion, identity, recurring patterns and the relationship between our inner lives and our wider sense of wellbeing.
Scope of the Practice
I am not a clinical psychologist, counselling psychologist, psychotherapist or medical practitioner. I am also not certified by a Tantra or energy-healing organisation. My work as a Shadow Healer and Spiritual Advisor is rooted in personal practice, spiritual study, direct experience and my work with clients.
